Inbox, outbox, sent box in the PM

How do I get a PM to go to the member I want to sent it to?? I've composed a couple of PM 's. And I thought I had "sent" them, but they are showing up in my "outbox". How do I get them out of the outbox and sent??

They will automatically move to "sent" when the recipient opens them.

Yep,

Jim is correct. So if you still have PM's in your outbox then the recipient hasn't seen them.

Inbox, outbox, sent box in the PM Pmbox10

Inbox: Messages sent to you by other members are in the "Inbox"

Sentbox: Messages you sent and the recipient read are in the "Sentbox"

Outbox: Messages you sent but the recipient hasn't yet read are in the "Outbox"

Savebox: Messages you wish to save can be saved in the "Savebox"

If you have allowed popups from this site on your browser, a popup will show when you receive a new PM.

The envelope will turn red when you have a new PM in your inbox.

The envelope will be gray when no new messages are in your inbox. It will turn gray once you check your inbox, even if you didn't open any new messages.
