Bob,

You will have better luck posting the picture over on Stunthangar. Especially if you put it in the Combat forum. RC groups is a broad group, but perhaps a touch disconnected.

No, I missed it Eric.

Someone over on RC Groups came up with this:

I don't get over there much Ron but will give it a try.

If you look closely at the picture you will notice that this is the same square tipped prop with decal and spinner that is in the picture. Everything came together.

Best guess yet.

Spot on Bob

This image comes from this site:

http://www.controllineplans.com/oldtime.htm

You can order the plan. This is what it says:

FLIP FLOP; ($14.00) Old Time legal flying wing by Ray Borden from the 12/48 FM. 37" wingspan, 298 sq.in. wing area. Originally powered by a Drone Diesel.

edit: the magazine cover Flying Models Dec 1948

Thanks Lieven, That's two for two the '35 Chevy coupe and the Flip-Flop.  Printed out an order form and sending it off.

Thanks again - Bob

Edit add: From my thread on RC Groups:
