That wouldn't bother me in the least. Get an engine together Rod.

No, I'll stick by my original decision to sit this one out. Thanks anyway guys. Haven't run an engine for 6 months. Busy work & family issues are keeping me pre-occupied, so the stress of sending one of my gems all that way I just don't need right now.

Shoot, I haven't even unfrozen mine yet. I suppose now that my Tazz wing is finished I can pull it out and submerge it in my jar of engine soaking fuel. If I read correctly, RR1 engines are legal in some class, am I correct?

Keep it till you get tired of it. Sorry, it only has a stock Bee crankcase on the front, but it's a badass little engine.

Re: Tach Race 2017- March 11-12 FINAL RESULTS!
Ron, what do you plan on using for a fuel-feed? My engine will ship with a "larger than normal" feed-line attached. It won't draw (on a suction-feed) with small-size line. A 1/8" O.D. tube off the tank is what it was test-run with. Hope I'm not being a PIA with this request..
Re: Tach Race 2017- March 11-12 FINAL RESULTS!
Roddie, I can make anything work. Don't stress. I have opened up many a horseshoe in my quest for speed. They all drew. I will surely bring out the best your engine has to offer.

I'm ready Roddie!
To those that have sent engines, be aware that I won't be home until Monday. Once I get home and settled I'll update this thread about arrivals.

I just looked at the prize engines, they are OUTSTANDING!! Thanks much to EX and Cox Int.
I think Ron should keep one also for his time and effort to make this happen.

Ron In my haste I forget to drop in the $10 bill to cover return postage
My rural postal gal had no clue how to do a return (pre paid) postage label... ( I have done this many times before with the older lady)
Any who...I will fill your Pay Pal with the $$ later...Sorry you have to do the return shipping label and writing...my bad

Ron, I dropped my engines in the mail today. ETA Thursday 3/9. My postal girl sold me a few $1.00 stamps + .21 stamp along with a "tracking" code sticker! She said it would be the same sending as returning. So, there are stamps in the envelope with my return address on it! BEe carefull...these are some HOT engines!! Thanks for being CD!

Mine will be in the mail Tuesday morning. I'll get up early and de-gunk it, run a tank through it and hope for the best! I probably waited too late to send a ringer, but that's the thing about Coxes, you just never know. If it doesn't arrive in time, carry on with the contest and play with it whenever it does get there.

Good job everyone. Nice to see some support happening. As already mentioned, Ron should hang on to the Cox Int'l engine as Bernie suggested. Great to see our sponsors, and Ron, being so generous. Let's hope it's a close competition.

Hey Rod! Just to keep you involved, want me have Ron randomly select, one of my three, and have it be run by Proxy, for you?? Cheaper than postage, but you'll run the risk of getting my dog!!
