Yes, Mauricio your craftmanship is amazing. I miss but a few ingredients for that: patience, manual skills, and tools....so my finished birds rarely look so mint as yours...luckily, most of them at least  fly predictably, some even well

Coming along Nicely Mauricio !! I have a question on how do you deal with all the pin holes or do you even worry about them? When i build the pin holes are filled with the liquid filler , but does put on some weight .

Hi Eric, in reality do not generate any problem the perforations of the pins, does not generate any risk to the structure (in this type of model and size), on that side nothing happens.
For the aesthetic theme, if you are going to paint, then it is necessary to cover those holes and also to seal the wood, so when I give DOPE to the whole structure, sand and DOPE and so on until the entire surface is covered and also the perforations of The pins, not leaving traces of them.
The weight that accumulates does not differ from the normal, if you are going to paint, always apply some sealer, some more impression and then the painting. But on the other hand if you are to cover the surface with some type of coating like MONOKOTE, then it is not necessary to prepare the surface, only a fine sandpaper to have a good base and then apply the MONOKOTE.
If you want to generate an extra resistance to the structure, then you can give a hand of DOPE well diluted to the whole structure, then give fine sandpaper and finally apply MONOKOTE.
I do not know if I could explain, please, ask me again if something is not clear .... hug friend!

Re: Idea of a model for Cox Tee Dee 0.051 and ...Medallion 0.049!Flight
Mauricio,
this is just getting more and more awesome...what wood is the canopy/cabin made of? If - as it appears - it is a hard wood, that may add unwanted weight and elevate the center of gravity while the strength of the hard wood for a cabin may not even be required...or do you just use it as a mould for a plastic canopy to be added later? Sorry if I missed your explanation on that earlier in the thread.

AndrĂ¡s, thank you very much ... what I show as a cabin, is a mold or matrix, just made of hard wood and then made in plastic (PET).
I placed the mat or mold above the fuselage, only to make the final adjustments and then make the plastic cabins.
