I'm in the process of building a S1 RM. Wanting to ask which do you all prefer to use when assembling the front end of the fuselage. Installing the engine bearers and doublers. I am planning on using tight bond wood glue and clamps. What do ya think.

Tite bond is better than school glue. Lots have been built with regular Elmers, however long cure epoxy has a number of advantages starting with in 2 weeks it will have been cured fully for 2 weeeks instead of still drying in the middle.
Epoxy has superior gap filling abilities too.
Get the epoxy, you will be happier in the end.
All the small joints can get Titebond and turn out better for it. Applying PVA to well fitted ribs builds a really strong wing.

I agree 100% with using epoxy. It's even more important if you use an IC engine with wet fuel and the constant hammering of combustion punishing it.

Epoxy it shall be. Didn't have any on hand that's why I was asking. Will pick some up tomorrow, and take care of the task at hand.
