First flight report of 2018. I Flew a plane today!

Glad to hear that Rusty. I'm quite certain just being at Watt's house is quite therapeutic. His shop is pretty amazing and it certainly sounds like a good time. Shawn and I managed to get out this past Sunday. It was a day out which was way overdue. I have a lot of unfinished projects that need completing and I've decided to finish them before moving onto others. Ken

Very glad to read that Rusty..the best therapy one can get is a gradual return to the hobby. I also flew my TeeDeeVoodoo last weekend and cannot tell you how relieving it was even if I had been off before due to simple weather conditions only.

I wish you do that and without the barstool more and more often and looking forward to  seeing your vids and pics.

The beautiful gesture of your friend to help you fly again is exemplary.

It's been kind of hard to plan around things, but I'll settle for rolling with the punches if it gets me through it all. I just want to make a clean run past the end of flu season. I shook hands about 20 times yesterday and used  almost the whole bottle of alcohol gel I had in my pocket. Holley and I shared monster colds and lived to talk about it. Sheez, what a winter

I considered fist-bumping at the meeting, but it wasn't really a crowd of fist-bump kind of people. But I spent most of today walking without the cane, so there's light at the end of the tunnel.
