You sure are pulling in the model engines lately Eric.
Your about where I was two/three years ago when I was buying everything that wasn't nailed down.
I have a lot of McCoy engines, but none that look like that. McCoy 5? Never knew that made one or are you rounding up .049 or is it a model 5? Weird head, all those fins!
I have kept this in my files for some time. Maybe you have seen it.

I'm suspecting that someone "bozoed" an Atwood glow head on it.

Yes Bob been building my engine collection back up from when i had to get rid of a bunch in my depression years
But all is good guess i just got 1/2 a McCoy 5 should have did more research on it , hopefully i will have a needle to fit somewhere here !>?

Who knows? It might run fine with the Atwood glow head. If so, it will probably run good on a plug version of an Atwood or Wen Mac muff. In which case, finding replacement plugs won't be such a problem. Keep us posted.

Will do Tic , do you know if the ball joint can be reset ? as i said it has some play .> Got a lot of irons in the fire right now with Garden season coming and me Not ready as usual.

i'd think a McCoy, Wen-Mac needle would work, unsure about ball socket, all you can do is tear it down and look?
