How to dissemble stubborn cylinder from thermal hopper crank case

I got this thermal hopper and cleaning up. Plan to strip down all pieces and re-assemble.
But cylinder, head and crank case are stubbornly cling on to each other. I tried but stuck and don't want to ruin the cylinder by making burr at exhaust opening. As in picture, it already have some tool marks in exhaust opening.
Any one with idea will be highly appreciated.

A good pair of leather gloes, and either an oven or as I prefer, a heat gun. It is probably stuck with castor oil, and heat will loosen it up. As well, use teh proper tools to disassemble it so as not to damage it, but I am sure you already knew this.
