Eric, the throttle ring on TD.010 shown appears to be a Steve Adams of Select Hobbies unit that he sold.getback wrote:?? only thing i can think of is the throttle ring and its a older production model with the black plastic parts . ??

Re: used 0.010 TD
$222 seems a bit high to me, I bought my van for less than that, and kept it for 15 years!!!. I guess it is unobtanium, but 26 bids is even more surprising to me. Maybe I should go into business making throttles. Maybe someone else, I retired.

If you account for the spare .010 piston and cylinder, maybe not so bad.

I had one of the earliest TD .010 engines sold in my St. Louis suburb LHS. All the plastic parts were Red. Came in a light weight molded Yellow plastic case, with clear plastic bubble cover. Included engine, tools, and optional Red tank mount.
Always wanted one of the Tie clips, but never found one locally. No internet back then.
Gave that engine to a friend of mine who flew FF. The engine had no more than 2-3 short runs (hand held), just to show off that screaming miniature jewel of an engine.
