Yes, He is having Internet problems. The Winner is selected by the number of entrants in the contest, we won't be voting on this as Jacob does the drawing. so we are are waiting on the "luck of the Draw'

As Rene has mentioned, we're talking about two different issues here. There is a current engine of the month vote being prepared, where members vote for their favourite picture, plus there's also the draw for the winner of the Black Lynx engine, chosen randomly by Jacob using a Bingo machine, which determines the annual winner of the donated engine from Ex Model Engines. Previous monthly winners of the photo competition are eligible to go in the annual draw for the engine.

THE RESULTS ARE IN!  

Yes my internet has been acting up over the past week or so. Had Comcast out earlier today. They tightened connections at the box in the back of the yard, and confirmed there were no issues with the wiring at my end. It hasn't gone completely out since, however I'm still getting slow periods every so often. Probably the neighbors using up all the bandwidth...
