Wrench Handle?

Wrench Handle?
I want to make a handle for Cox wrench for grip and comfort. Did you made any handle for wrench? I think to sandwich wrench between two piece of aluminum bars and fix with screws and nuts after drill. Edges will be rounded with a file.

Re: Wrench Handle?
Probably could 3D print something to sandwich the Cox PN: 1230 wrench. The problem is these can be easily bent without adding any more leverage with a handle added.

I believe Bernie had custom wrenches made and has posted pics of them in the past for his engine assembly. In small runs they would probably be cost prohibitive to sell.

Re: Wrench Handle?
I remember someone (I think it was member engine049) had a wrench that was supposedly from the Cox R&D department that was constructed exactly as you describe. A normal Cox wrench sandwiched between two pieces of aluminum, exposing only the glow head end. I'm sure I saved the picture, but I cannot find it.
Re: Wrench Handle?
Jacob, it will be good to see the photograph of this Cox wrench from Cox R&D dept.

They would've been posted here: https://www.coxengineforum.com/t1813-cox-factory-wrench-own-a-piece-of-history
But the pictures since went missing that he posted (servimg had issues with their servers over the years where many pictures posted from that time period are gone). I'll have to search my external HDDs but I'm sure I didn't name the pictures correctly (that is if I even saved them)

Maybe someone else here remembers those pictures and saved them? I haven't heard from John Goddard in years.
