Wonderful Levent!!!
SOMEBODY please build this!!
Somewhere, lost in my files is a photo of a SUPER COOL rendition, featuring Calvin and Hobbs as it's pilots...still looking for that one.
No---I can't start ANOTHER project Kim

I love this stuff. I don't care how it flies just as long as it's going around. Here's my Ray Malmstrom saucer. My son is holding it on the far right at our 1/2A day https://www.facebook.com/PhillyFliersCL/ It's the opening pic at the top of the page
My buddy Dennis built this prototype Saucer for Pat King. Enya .35 for power, we flew that thing all day long. It was a fun plane to fly http://pdkllc.com/super-saucer-115/
I would love to see someone build this plane. These things were just plain out fun projects.

I’m sure one of our members built and flew a free flight model very similar to this. I think it was Overlord, he had Tintin as a pilot?
Can’t locate the old post’s right now. But, it’s out there....

I think that wing can be made from balsa sheet, without wing ribs. SIG 5 ins. canopies are suitable.

slight hijack
my first hard drive when I was building computers was a Seagate RLL ST520 20MB for around $450 1987 dollars
many are scratching head wondering what the hell this has to do with a flying saucer
the link up above has several other active links from 1956 one is a 5 MB hard drive mine was 31 years later and over 20 bucks per megabyte
I bet the 1956 version was a darned site more per megabyte

I honestly don't know, but believe I copied it from Mark's ".049 Collectors Group" back in the day. So, he MAY have it in some of the material he moved to Facebook.

I have both pages of the plans (not to scale) plus the 4 1/2 page building instructions, if anyone wants them. PM me with your email address and I will send them. Lets see one of these get built!
