That looked like a lot of work....I wouldn't be belly landing it on asphalt though!

Nice plane...I sometimes also use beer can sheets for various secondary purposes like exhaust gas deflector behind the engine, but find it too soft and collecting dents too soon. I wonder if the antenna of the RX in this plane was placed outside the aluminum fuselage?

Thats pretty cool the way he sheeted the fuse with the shiny side out , i think it came out good and yes alot of work gives it more fun and love to the hobby .
