Sharkface 020 flight video with COX Tee Dee 010

Here is the video of the maiden flight of the Sharkface that I built for 010 and 020 size TeeDee-s. Even the 010 flies it with authority.

An easy model to build and fly on 2 channels (rudder and elevator)

Weighs about 160 grams when filled with fuel, and feeds on 50/30/20% met/nitro/castor.

I would not volunteer to be a passenger on any airplane, where I am the captain!!!

The 010 unloaded near 30k in the air:

I have often thought the same thing when i was trying to learn RC (would not bee a co-pilot/passenger ).. Was that a .010 on the nose ? it was pulling some G,sss Cool

yes, it was "only" the 010 in the node this time, but I will also give the 020 a try...that will really be a ball to fly!

Congratulations András, the model looks very good in his performance.
I think it can play with some motors in there depending on how fast you want it to fly.
The .010 takes it very well.

Thank you Mauricio yes, beautiful weather made the maiden a real pleasure. The firewall I built allows the use of both 010 and 020 TeeDee-s so next is the 020's turn!

Thank you very much Dave...we still "learn" each other with the Sharkface but soon even the hand launch will be more predictable/less suicidal than on the video.. RC Plane

Best video of small models I've ever watched!

Great recovery during launch! Model was in frame and visible at all times!

Thank you Bill! Yes a small Sony headcam that does not give the best resolution unfortunately. My not much larger 049 RC birds are less visible because they run much faster and beg for more space than these 010 and 020 size airframes.
