And I forgot to grab the paper...I could have made a haul in wing covering material!
I hate that 12 rolls of the stuff is minimum purchase...but if you get a few buddies in on the bulk buy, it really is super cheap for how much you get. I paid $12 for one...the dozen averages $3/roll delivered. And then another $8/roll to mail each roll to your eleven buddies. I wish I had even two or three local guys to split a buy. This could be one of those club buys kind of thing now.
Oh, and the Super Satan build has been entertaining. I really like the tank install!

That covering job is super too! ..I'm gonna have to learn how to do that some day I guess....tougher than paper! The bottom of my Wido Satan is mostly clear packing tape now from landing on hay stubble!

Thanks OhBee, I just find it easier than paper, it's less complicated for me.

Re: Super Satan build
Looks good, it's always a good feeling of accomplishment when you finish one. Flying one for the first time is another enlightening experience. I've managed to finish quite a bit in the last month. I'm onto a large one in the next few days. I have a large Combat Streak with a 70" wingspan, .60 powered. I have to really clear the bench for this one.

Excellent, it really turned out well. I wasn’t real sure how those decals would look, but it looks great!

Yes good feeling it's done. I will be nervous on the first launch that's for sure. I can't imagine flying a 70" wingspan. WOW. I have a Sig 35 size Skyray on the table now i'm building from traced out parts from a skyray kit. Wing is just about done. Onward we go.Thanks

Nice job oldguy, I like that you kept the gussets, they add visual appeal as well as strength, but I have seen these built without them.
