Some Mini Racers

Re: Some Mini Racers
Hi Mr. Al,
I'm not particularly satisfied by forward-swept wings, but I have to ask...
Given that most 1/2A planes are particularly nose-heavy, I suspect the forward sweep can considerably shift the "center of lift" (is that a design factor?) forward and closer to the CG.
How do these planes handle? I bet they can loop a lot better than most slabbies!
I also suspect this to be correct, or there wouldn't be more than one.
Please tell us how well they fly, and if you do more than Roundie-Roundie with an occasional up/down.
I will say I'm now quite curious about how the planes handle, and am on the verge of changing my attitudes/opinions (admittedly mostly asthetic) concerning this design.
Thanks for sharing...and good for you to find a positive way to cherish your son's life.

Thanks for the words, well this models are only for speed not for aerobatic. The models flies fine, and fast!!! The wings with this design are fine to CG position, that eas the first reason, but for aerodinamics too. The bigger one flies at 130 km/hr or more and 2.14 secs per lap. Maybe that was the reason for the name too, my son loved the speed on motorcicles, he pased away 2 years ago.
