Hi everyone.

This may not even really belong on this forum so apologies if that is the case. I don't even know how to search the internet for this plane, and googling 'Russian remote control plane' hasn't bought any results Laughing

Does anyone recognise the engine, or even the plane?

MIG1 / MIG3

There is a plan from a kit on Outerzone. I don't know it's that one. you can download the instructions. On the fuse, it says something like Za Stalina

That is a great start thank you! I wasn't even sure how to read what the fuse said so again a major bonus.

Thank you again! A google search of a SC53 engine tells me it exists as there is a youtube video of a disassembly of one. However the internet keeps trying to direct me to a SC52 engine, which is a 4 stroke and not a 2 stroke. I can see an evenings research happening tonight Smile as it may have another name, or just be old and will be a problem getting spares for.

Here you have the engine:

It seems that SC and ASP motors share mechanical parts, but I can't be sure. Huh... Huh...

"Za Stalina" in Russian means " For Stalin" so we have a historical relic of the not so glorious past here... lol!
