Sorry, I'm like a dog with a bone with this thing.

Tried the ice water/heat gun on the cylinder.  Got a nice bind with the strap wrench and it still won't budge.  Forgetting about caution I chucked up my big hand drill and let it rip in both directions slightly oiled.  Not much if any improvement, binds 180 out in both quadrants.

Thinking about mixing up a slurry of JB paste and drop some down the intake and on top of the piston and repeating.  Not much to lose, I still have my other running green head. Just swap the two, binding one becoming the display case queen.  

Unless anyone has a better suggestion...........

Or.............or, I have this humongous pipe wrench. Smile
