Engine & Tank For Brodak Jr lightening Streak
All, I received a new model this week from FredVon. Its a Jr Lightening Streak and the kit is 100% untouched. My question is about engines and a fuel tank. What engine and fuel tank should I run on this. Im just getting back into planes as I am 67 and have not flown since my youth. Some of what I have flown for fun only were a few combat planes but mostly my Buster with a Fox 35 and a Nobler. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Welcome back to controlline. Great kit.
I'd suggest taking a look at a modern os la .15 for that plane. And a 1.5oz-2oz uniflow tank. I'll see if I can find the brodak tank number. It's a snub knose wedge style, with uniflow venting.
This is my engine combo on the sig akromaster which is the same kinda size of plane.

Oh and one last item, you can convert a r/c os la .15 to controlline with these parts. They run good with the throttle wired open too.
