See you soon folks
Just signing off for a couple of weeks. Technology free zone for the next 12 days. Hopping a flight in the morning to head north and meet our brand new grandson Charlie. Really lashed out this time (This kid's costing us a fortune).
Renting a two Storey house by the beach, just a short walk to our son's place. That's a biggie for us, especially after a flight as well. Our holidays are generally very low budget affairs, in fact, we tend to challenge ourselves to see how cheaply we can do a trip. Ah well, you don't get a new grandkid every day.

We're back! Thanks Kari. We had a great time away. Lots of cuddles from young Charlie.

Hard to choose a photo- got about a hundred of them like that one.
We did manage to snap a few of the holiday as well.
Here's a typical shot taken on our stroll down the beach at sunset. Hard to take a bad shot at Port Stephens

OH, he's a handsome one! That "New Baby" smell is second in line to burning Nitro/castor oil, until they fill their diapers. Then ya just hand'em back!! They just grow to darn fast! Favorite t-shirt saying: If i knew how much fun Grand Kids were, I would have had them first! Congrats!
