Help us help you!! try to pinpoint the model/engine you're looking for. There are a few variations of Gear driven and flywheel/fans front-ends. Backends, too for that mater. Some are Tanked, some are backplated.

It’s a fox 190 engine
The engine looks just like one that engine is blown up view in the Cox manual. I need the flywheel that has gear the fan and the end screw it fits the pinto funny car and dragster

Needed Cox Car engine or Flywheel with fan and drive gear
I'm fairly certain that the later made Cox cars use different cranks/crankcase/engine mounting brackets/flywheels than the early Cox cars (Riviera/GT 40/Corvette/Chaparral). I thought the later cars used a larger diameter crank. While the flywheel looks the same the some of the larger cranks are not splined on the end to mate with the splined flywheel as the earlier cars do. While I do not have any later Cox cars, I have bought some motors from dragsters and such and found they are not compatible. If we didn't have company I could make a mess and rummage through what I have and see.
thanks, len.
