I have a Quickie 500 r/c racing engine from Fox which is essentially the same design. The only time I saw that exhaust manifold was on a boat version. My new engine uses a ridiculous looking heavy and long header pipe. This particular .40 isn't exactly one you come across a lot of. I know it morphed into the .45 and later a .50. The .45 had a black anodized drive washer.
