The pot bellied planes, the final piece of the puzzle
Waited three weeks for the replacement wheels to arrive for the Avenger, not the shippers fault. USPS tracking number showed no movement over most of that period. I contacted the vendor and they shipped a new batch out which arrived in four days. Good fit for this model, but I think the home-mades out of luan fit well on the others.

Kinda sad finishing them up. I had planned on doing a balsa Japanese Zero in that scale, but that might not happen now.

I’ve enjoyed your builds Bob…. Rehabs too…. Sometimes a little diversion is good to keep things fresh…. I know I have mine…. I always seem to wander back to model airplanes though…..Like to see that Zero take shape one of these days… And you know, I think there were quite a few Zero - P-40 confrontations too
