Wanted wanted backplate screws

who has a few backplate screws for me

I kind of dont want to pay 14.95 for shipping
for only 12 screws (3.49)
and that is not even counting the import tax I have to pay

it is getting more expencive for me to fix up cox engines

found some of that size on ebay
for a good price including shipping and import
thank you guys for the help (no really american sizes are like black magic to me)
