Welcome to the forum, @franckh. Perhaps someone changed the starter spring and propeller to take advantage of engine torque to keep the control lines taut whilst flying?

I believe that my original PT-19QZ came equipped with a reverse-pitch 6-3 propeller, to help "torque" the trainer toward the outside of the circle.
This was an early version with integral tank, basically a "Babe Bee", modified without Sub-Piston Induction to accept its muffler.
