I was looking through some of my old Aeromodeler magazines and ran across this on in the January 1960 issue.

If someone would like to give it a try?

You don't have to have it look like Santa?
Maybe make it look like an old geezer who likes to fly?
When you were a kid, didn't you stick your arms out and pretend to fly? And lest we forget making a motor sound?

Hi All,

I do not want to be all 'scale' like...
But,
I think,
14 Cox .049s, hauling an R/C sled would be awesome.
The red nosed spinner 'Rudolf' is the problem....
It was hard,
Dropping eggs,
For Easter. (no kidding, we did that !) Church parking lot. Kids loved it.

A bit of detail would be quite an understatement. Santa that moves his head and waves, reindeer galloping through the air.... Amazing!
