Arne made several engines for collectors. I have the Baby Drone and the Fox .59 long shaft. It would be a guess to date your engine. He passed away in 2007.

Some time in the 90s is about as accurate as you're likely to get. Arne H did a LOT of replicas and bespoke engines...usually limited to about 100 examples of each type [the 0.5cc Oliver Tiger being a rare exception where he had 2 runs made]. the engines themselves were made FOR rather than BY him-in the former USSR countries...not necessarily all by the same manufacturer. AH did the final checking, QC and any test running himself.
The 0.1cc was one of the earlier AH types...so I'd say early to mid 1990s as a ballpark estimate for age.
