Cox heat sink mod.
I'd been wanting to try this for a while now.. and today I decided to see if I could do it. I took one of my Cox .049 heat sinks and drilled a .125" thru-hole parallel with the mounting-screw for inserting an aluminum tube for water-cooling marine applications.
Not sure if/how-well it will work yet... but I'm optimistic.

There isn't much "meat" on the other side Peter.. I thought about that too.. but didn't want to take the chance on ruining the part. I was actually lucky to get the hole on-center; all the way through. I used "peck-strokes" with my drill-press.
