An interesting story, Bob, the real "Viper".rsv1cox wrote:https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/news/dodge-viper-comes-down-from-dealership-sign-after-28-years/ar-AA1tKI1w
MSN article photo.
A little rag-tag from being a roost for birds all these years.

However, a little dreaming, I think you definitely wouldn't mind if they told you, "It's all yours Bob, looking forward to your new ownership and refurbishment!"

I like it George, just give me a shop vac, a pressure washer, Simple Green, Windex, Car polish/wax, 10 quarts of Penzoil a filter and turn me loose. I might need Mark to drain the coolent and the gas tank before filling with fresh stuff.

A YouTube video of them cleaning it up and making it run would get quite a number of views. I can watch those kinds of videos all day.
All factory fresh with 0 miles on the odometer!

I did so, and not to far from where you live, only with my '64 Buick Riveria coming out of Newport one very dark evening about 2am. 425 cu 390 hp just to see what it would do. Fastest I ever drove a car before or since. Young and very foolish.
From wikipedia:
The 1964 and 1966 Rivieras used the 425 engine as standard equipment. Mounted on a trolley, Buick 425s were also used as starter motors for the SR-71 Blackbird supersonic jet.
