Hola amigo's, I recently got a NIP Small Cox Logo baby bee .049 with a NIB Small Cox Logo katydid and i was wondering if you can help me find out how old this motor is...
It came in a ''blister pack'' and has a #2 cylinder/ piston set, with metal cast backplate that says ''made in USA'' and has " *THIMBLE DROME*'' etched into the 5cc integral gas tank
And I also recieved a NIP "rare tatone .049 muffler'' from Ronald Valentine, the muffler is for thin wall cylinder engines of .049 displacement and says "EM-7'' on one of the halves.
If you guys can help me put a date on when these items were made that would be great Smile ,
P.S. The motor did not stay in the blister pack and the muffler did not stay in the package for more than 5 minutes of being in my possession, hope I did not affect the value Sad I meant to have the motor stay in the pack as a display engine, now I think she will still sit on the shelf.
Thanks Guys,
Mitch

I want to say the Babe Bee is from the late 60s. Does the babe bee have a thicker narrow neck case like my engine here?
