Pretty cool Joe, I had some Cox slot cars as a kid they looked neat with their angle mounted motors. I was into AFX/Aurora so they were too big for my track.

Well a Lotus 51 is a British racing machine. It just isn't a British Racing Machine.
Wonder if Cox also made a Lotus slot car: same car, just different number? Looks modeled on something with a V8, like the Lotus with its relentlessly successful DFV Cosworth.

i still play with toy cars, only now days the track has become a large storage table!
