I just went through 3 pages of glow heads, glow plugs,and glowplugs. I didn't find any detailed list. There's this:

hey bud, this morning there was a thread with a bunch of different glowheads, most were K&B/Allyn Skyfury glowheads and one in question was a Atwood Shriek...

Well damn, I just checked the forum trash can and nothing is in there remotely recent. Maybe someone accidentally hard deleted it. We're not supposed to do that. Strange.
