List of Kyosho RC Car Models using Cox Engines and conversions
I like to make list of some Kyosho Models which are powered by 0.49 engines.
I will list also the ref. Number of the kit and regarding the formula cars/Group C Cars I will add the kits of the electric versions which can be easy convert to gas power as they are using the same chassis.!
I am impressed that the chassis replicates a true Formula One chassis with inboard shock absorbers and a sealed gearbox transmission like the original. These cars are also very fast on the track.
I will also try to show the Original Box/Car/Manual. It is also a memory hook for me
Maybe it is also interesting for you too.

Do you maybe have a scan of the manual of one of the Kyosho 0.49 F1 cars ? It would be big help. Thx Steve :-)

Welcome Steewax, but I hate to bust your bubble. The post you responded to is 7 years old. Not sure if you'll get an answer.Steewax wrote:Do you maybe have a scan of the manual of one of the Kyosho 0.49 F1 cars ? It would be big help. Thx Steve :-)
Hope you can hang around and catch up on some current news.

Yes I know it’s an old post I wonder what happened with Cox addicted. It would be great if David could provide some better pictures of the manual I think he has the manual of the ESPO Larousse :-). I just have a chassi with no manual.

Re: List of Kyosho RC Car Models using Cox Engines and conversions
Thank you guys :-). Does anyone here know the differences of the engine between the beetle/mini and the F1 cars. Is the engine itself the same and how about clutch, flywheel and pilot shaft? Regards Steve
