Hi Mike
My apologies you could be correct was the blue white Canadian model of the similar (identical) PT-19 a PT-20 named at that time? If anyone has a picture of the PT-20 Blue White that would be greatly appreciated. I have seen the red ones but still can not find the blue White version?

Here's the .020 powered PT-20, with throttle control...there was also a non-throttle version molded in yellow and army green.

As well as the Cox Arctic Trainer which too I believe was only sold in Canada. Picked this one up a couple of years ago. Kinda funny as I had just moved it over on my table a few minutes ago.
