Fancherised Twister video.
Finally got video today. As you can tell the wind changed direction several times. Enjoy:

Did you time the landing so that the plane ended up in full view of the camera?

Very nice. I'll have to watch again later with sound since my wife is watching Property Dor... Brothers. Good flying, Jim.

Re: Fancherised Twister video.
That's a sweet engine run and a neat cutoff. What sort of plumbing are you running? I forget, is it an la46?
Your loops and inverted flight are looking really good, and a really good landing in the grass. I think you could tune up on the pattern and take home a prize.

Re: Fancherised Twister video.
Rusty,
LA 46 plumbed uniflow with exhaust pressure, sintered bronze clunk.
I'm actually going to be working on the pattern with a guy from my club. We've flown together briefly once. He has me practicing wingovers and inside/outside loops. We're aiming for a contest in September down in Tucson.

Great, I'm glad you're working up to it. Some guys make it look so easy it just amazes me. But most of them fly big planes, I think that helps a lot.
I have a couple of those sintered clunks, but I was suspicious of them and opted for the solid one. After hearing your clean cutoff, I'm not so opposed to the idea.
