Eric,

Phil is saying make sure the wing and tail are level to one another. It does look off in the picture, you may be able to get away with it, I have flown ones that I thought were pretty bad and they did ok.

Yes, if the wings are level the H-stab should be level too. If there is a lot of difference then the plane will not fly well because it will have a "left" or "right" component with up and down.

This morning that post looks like near gibberish...teaches me to not post tired. lol!

I'm going to have to read through this thread. I plan to build a baby this summer. Possibly a modified baby. Was my favorite plane as a kid

So.. will it be the Black Widow for power? Is that the Sterling kit S13 design? I'm curious if the firewall is tall enough for the postage-stamp engine mounts. I've been meaning to send you another set of mounts.. Embarassed

It might be the pic, but recheck the wing and H-stab are in the same parallel planes to each other. If the stab is canted it will want to come in/go out with up/down maneuvers making the plane grossly unstable.
Next time just say the ass end is crooked lol!

I can't wait to build and fly a babe ringmaster again. Sorry about the finger. I will not run a saw blade on a Dremel. Never seems to end well and can go bad way too quick
