Minnesota Modeler Kit
The 1st of two kits arrived today, its the "Sky Writer", the "Snapper" will be on its way soon. I am a firm believer in giving credit when its due and I cant say enough about this kit! I admit than I am new & havent built a kit in many years, but this is above & beyond anything that that I've seen.
First is the way its packed, everything is laser cut & grouped together, nothing to punch out, no over spray, no scrap. The smallest pieces are put in a small bag. No detail is left out, this is a complete kit, the bell crank assembly is ready to install, With Cable Leed Outs installed. The Control Rod is also there ready to connect with the control horn installed on the flaps. the wheels are installed on the wire with wheel nuts, no bending. The wing is a thing of beauty, the ribs are symmetrical & hollow, the leading & trailing edge are marked in red for the rib placement.
I could go on & on but I think you get the idea.
I talked with Ray about the engine that I am using, a 049 Tee Dee, so Ray said he would set it up. So inculed in the box is a pressure tank! Ray used a 35mm film can and a balloon with the tube installed ready to go!
Do your self a favor and check out the Minnesota Modeler and send your order in!
