Cox RC Interceptor
Hi folks. I am new to this forum and looking to sell a Cox RC Interceptor. I haven't used Cox anything since like 1977ish, with my dad, and it was airplane stuff. Anyhow, it's yellow, with the "real steer" steering wheel controller.
The good :
Motor turns freely. There seems to be good compression with that .049 engine.
Electrical is in good shape. Body is in darn good shape (no decals on body).
Wheels are in good shape and seem to roll easy.
The bad : (Like I said, not really familiar with this style)
Throttle pin is broken, and no fuel line. (Probably melted from sitting)
Still in the box with what seems to be the paperwork & instructions.
I'm not interested in this type of vintage rc stuff, so upon digging it outta my attic, I'm willing to part with it.
Any takers.... best offer.... and appreciate fairness, I know it's not perfect, and its not a goldmine, but it's worth something to someone.... hit me up, will do the best with pics if needed via email.
Thanks for looking/interest.
