A Little B.O.T. Flying on a Beautiful Fall Day
Crunched down some video of my 2 Meter Bird of Time as it tortured my various cameras...

Man, I loved that you had one camera watching the other and vis-versa.
Those are some tight landing areas --- I thought you were going to buy the farm with that row of round bales on the first landing!!!

I always love your BOT videos, Kim. That's one RC plane that I would love to have and fly. Thanks.

Re: A Little B.O.T. Flying on a Beautiful Fall Day
Appreciate it guys! Now, if I could get someone videoing me as I fly, I'd have a video of video of videoing...or something like that !
The yard is a bit small, but over time I've memorized exactly where everything is---wires, trees, fences, house, and can usually tell a ways out on the approach whether or not things are gonna get exciting on landing.
My landlord takes it upon himself to make sure my landing approaches are always top notch by presenting challenges such as extending his rows of round-bales, and occasionally even building a pyramid row of them!
I was even able to do some tight slope-soaring with my Zagi Wing with his improvised "Hay Ridge", but kept hitting the powerlines, so I had to back off that deal, before I shut down electricity to yonder subdivision !
