have not seen anyone talk about this plane is it not a good plane or just because you can't get the kit ? I finally found someone at hip pockets that is going to make me a copy of the plans from his kit , and get them to me, I read it was a good pattern plane for 1/2a long time ago
any comments??

Re: 1/2 a baby barnstomer c/l
I don't own one, mostly because the styling doesn't appeal to me. That being said I have read in numerous places that it is a better than average flier. If built well any plane will fly decently, just some are much better than others.
If you plan on doing a full PA pattern with it then it probably is not your best bet. If you just want a nice flier that can do a few loops, wingovers etc. then it's good for that.
I have also read that if you scale down a full size barnstormer it's a much better flier.
