I've been running my GHQ for three years now. The first year I didn't have it at Brodak's. The next year I took it and scheduled a run for the non believers. Larry S, Dan, Dennis A, De, Zambelli, Bob Storick, and a lot of other guys were there to see it run. All I could get was a pop or two. I tried all kind of suggestions. Best I got was maybe 5 or 6 seconds. Everyone was very polite. When I got home I could not figure out what was wrong. In desperation I even got out some pictures of it running from the previous year. And then I saw the problem.

For some reason, I had convinced myself the timer arm was set in line with the corner of the bypass cover; about 11:00. The picture showed it at 3:00. Moved it to 3:00 and bingo.

So last year at Brodak's I re-gathered my crowd and fired it up, proving GHQs do run. I gave Dan all my secrets.
