This model was pretty much spent by the time I got it. Worst part is the broken vertical stabilizer. The horizontal piece that fits over the elevator is broken off and I have this wild idea that I can glue it onto a constructed piece of styrene that duplicates the stab, but I’m not having much luck with that.

Anyone know where replacement parts are available for these, and if it’s even worth the effort? I can’t imagine that these were any kind of flyers on their best days.
Thanks - Bob

Hi Bob
If no one on the forum has any spares I'd suggest to keep looking on eBay. It never ceases to amaze me what pops out of the woodwork on there. Have a look every couple of days with various search words as it's amazing what the difference in results can be. Cox Fokker, Cox D7, Cox part will all help widen the search. Cox airplane if you are strong willed but that search can be lethal
Even mis-spelling like Cox Foker might work. I have got a lot of good deals unopposed with Thimble Drone instead of Thimble Drome as the person either didn't pick up the mistake or thought thats what they were called but I guess that won't happen so much now

Re: Cox Fokker D-7
Thanks guys, Dave for sharing your search secrets and Craig for the quelph kijiji link, a new one on me. Searched toys and hobbies and couldn't find it. But I have a new fix on that tail that might work. I don't want to put much into this busted up model.
