COX FOKKER D-VII complete plane in box
Hi guys. I just found my old original COX FOKKER D-VII bi plane over at my 89 yr old moms house. It's the .049 engine powered one. Have had it since the 1960's. Complete in great shape in original box. The box is dusty/somewhat banged up. Only thing i see wrong is the rudder is missing off the tail. Decals are still present except the + on top of left wing is peeling some. "Owners Flight Manual" is there in good shape but slightly faded. Also the warranty form to fill out and mail to LM COX Manufacturing. The control handle/control lines...etc are all in there. Motor turns fine. I'm wanting to sell it. Wife had emergency knee surgery a few months ago and i need to get rid of some things quick. What's it worth??? Located in central Illinois near Peoria. Planned to take to antique shop today...then found this forum. Thought it best to give true enthusiasts the first shot at it. Email me or call/text 309-338-3210 and please leave a message. Thankyou, Joe
