Help! Tee Dee Carb. body stuck

The carb body is stuck and i was wondering if anybody know an easier way to take it off Huh...

Trevor, are you replacing it? If not, I use a wooden dowel between the cylinder and the back of the venturi stack and pry it off. A little heat from a hair dryer or a heat gun on low wouldn't hurt prior to removal. If I'm replacing it I just grab it with pump pliers and twist it a bit and pull it off as I'm not concerned in regards to damaging it. Ken

I'd soak in fuel for half an hour, then pry the body off by hand. Probably just gummed on by old oil.

I've used a blow dryer on about 50 of them.
