Hi Ian, any chance your .051 might be an outboard that's missing it's lower-end? Otherwise.. I don't see any means of mounting it. Does the backplate have a bushing with an output shaft riding in it?

I think this is an .049.. but it looks very similar. This engine doesn't have the triangular shaped rear case like yours though.

EDIT: Looking at your .051 more.. I'm sure you're right about it being an inboard. I like it!

The engine is rear mounted using longer screws through the rear plate.
