Probably Dan Sitter. He has every rare and unique prototype Cox ever produced. He stated at one time that he had over 400 unique Cox engines.

He sells on eBay under the user name California Dan

Well, you are young enough to start adding to your collection and there is enough of us vintage hobbyists that will be selling off, or have them sold off in estate sales, as we pass away to supply engines and parts for years to come!  Check out this thread:

My biggest fear is that after I've passed away, my wife sells my planes and engines for what I told her I paid for them.....
