This is why we should use a TD .010 for round 2 of TE
Was playing around tonight and snapped a quick video. Poor little Ring can barely loop! It sure is fun though, it can be flown in some pretty tight places. I think the lines are 17'
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

Nice!
The LA Stick would also make a good RC plane for the .010 or the Pee Wee .020

Okay, I'm sold. Was that a 3/8 oz tank?

Not sure Rusty, I'll have to go look. You are probably right though.

It is fun, simple too. Not much in the realm of stunting to say the least. However, it's just simple fun. That plane was made from meat trays by Gus the I.A.
I posted to show folks that they can do more than sit on a shelf, and that it's a good little engine to use when you don't have much space to work with.
If we end up with a .010 for the TE2 I hope folks will be compelled to actually fly something with it even if they don't have much room.

That is all too cool. I would love to one day get a small .010 or .020 to have some fun in my yard rather than at the cottage wher I do not bother anyone. Quite the little song that little guy sings. Also, very nice and steady sounding run too.

Man! That thing runs for a long time!
Looks like fun, it's amazing how much larger of a model you can use the .010 with when you aren't dragging string around.
Thanks for posting that.

Going off of measurements it looks to be a 1/4 oz tank.

I might have a perfect 1/4oz tank NIB I can include with the kit of stuff. I'll have to check.

That's good. 1/4 oz. gives a pretty long run. I'm glad the TD is winning the poll even though my knee-jerk reaction was to vote for the Conquest. It'll be so much easier for more people to fly, including myself. I've never seen either engine in real life, so either way is a treat.
