The start of a new project?
Well there's been lots of talk about using aerosol can tops for engine cowlings. Roger Harris included one in my Ring Bipe kit 'cos I couldn't find something the same out here.
Found a couple of deodorant cans with this top.
Pretty cool shape. Maybe I need to design a plane around it. Just about perfect length for a Babe Bee.

Man what will those Aussies think of next? Rod, that looks like an easy to make cowl. Let's see what the rest of the plane looks like? we'll be watching you.

I might have to try to adapt one to one of the Ring Bipe kits to give it a little more "modern" look. Right on 50mm diameter and as you can see from the picture, the length will suit a 5ml tanked Bee or a product engine.
