Flight of the Bipe!

Flight of the Bipe!
well we finally made it out for a bit this afternoon. had a 5 to 10 mph wind. took the two trainers and the bipe.
the bipe flew better on it's first flight. the engine slowed down just after takeoff and then more half way through the fuel run. i am going to try the fuel line on the needle vale and see if that solves the issue.
anyway.. the bipe flew well with very good response. pulled off some nice wingovers and a couple loops on the first flight. the second flight was well... you can see for yourself.. i had to do a little dance in the middle of a wingover as the engine slowed near the top and slacked the lines on me. i think she will bee a great flyer with the engine running good and strong. note the bee fly by at the end of the video we were flying on 30' lines BTW
i think my next build will bee a light weight fold up runway so we can get out in the grass. came home with some very dirty planes today.

Yea.. the first run was much better. Really responsive! It's an older engine with so so compression. I should really put a new piston/ cylinder set on it. Killing me to keep buying parts but just don't know what your getting when you buy lots of old used pieces parts.
I will start boxing and shipping the kits this coming week.
