Flea market score last Sunday!
I went to a local flea market last Sunday and I found 2 Cox tether cars and their instruction manuals, wrenchs, glow plug leads, tether bracket and 2 Cox catalogs along with 2 u control handles and a PT19 instruction manual. The cars are a blue Corvette and a yellow Ford GT40.Motors are free and they are marked thimble drome on the fuel tanks. All for $75.00. I will need to replace the white plastic drive gear on the Corvette. It has a few missing teeth on it.Any advice on how to replace this gear is welcome.

I thought so too! It's funny,I just started to fix up my 2 Shrikes and my Dragster and now I have 2 more projects! The tether cars will clean up nicely.Although the decals on the GT40 are starting to give up.akjgardner wrote:Nice Find
